I’m Mário Teixeira, the photographer and creative director behind the "Conta-me como foi". I studied Architecture at the University of Porto, but it was photography that truly captured my heart. Over the years, I’ve refined my eye and been fortunate enough to receive recognition through several awards, with the highlight being the "most creative profile" award in the #aquelemomento contest by Samsung, for my personal project @formascriticas.

At "Conta-me como foi," our approach to photography is inspired by architectural composition, the framing and unique lighting of European cinema, as well as the undeniable influence of fashion photography. We seek a timeless and sophisticated language that reflects each couple’s personality, creating unique, relaxed, and timeless images.

Over the past nearly 10 years, we have photographed hundreds of weddings across the country and worked with numerous public figures. Our work has been featured in magazines like Vogue, Hola Novias, Caras, and Lux.
