PHOTOGRAPHER TIMELINE
This timeline (a general overview) gives you an idea of exactly what we do on your wedding day. Of course, all weddings are different and we adapt to the needs of each couple.
GETTING READY FOR THE GROOM:
- About 1h
- Photographing details
- Photographing the preparation + portraits
- Portraits with family + groomsmen
GETTING READY FOR THE BRIDE:
- About 1:30h
- Photograph (last details) of make-up and hair
- Photograph details (dress, jewelry, flowers)
- Photograph preparation + portraits
- Portraits with family + bridesmaids
CEREMONY:
- Photograph the venue, all the decorations with flowers and small details
- Photograph entrances (groom + bride)
- Photograph the whole ceremony from different angles + vows + rings
COCKTAIL:
- Photograph the space, all the decoration with flowers and small details
- Take formal photos with parents/family and friends
- Relaxed portraits with other guests, individuals or groups
- Session with the bride and groom for about 15/20 minutes (individual and couple portraits)
DINNER:
- Photograph the venue, all the decorations with flowers and small details
- Start of dinner and entrance of the bride and groom
- During dinner the photographers dine at the same time so as not to miss any after-dinner moments
- If there are any speeches or surprises, the photographers are there to photograph the moment
- Photographers return to the room after dinner
- Photograph the cutting of the cake and toasts
PARTY:
- Photograph the first dance and subsequent party
- Photographers (usually) stay for about 1 hour after the party starts

WHAT IS YOUR STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?
We can say that our photography fits into a documentary style... however, we want to believe that we have our own style, relaxed and original.
DO YOU TAKE PHOTOS OF GUESTS?
Our job is to photograph your day in the best possible way. Guest photos are just one of the countless jobs we'll take if that's one of your requirements.
DO YOU PRINT PHOTOS DURING THE EVENT?
No. During the event our only concern is to photograph every moment and detail of your day.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE JOB?

HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU DELIVER?
There is no maximum limit... however, we never deliver less than 800 edited images.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE IMAGES?
Through a digital album (with personalized password and link).
HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU WORK PER WEDDING?
There are two options in our budget that can range from 8h to 12h.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE THERE?
Our budget includes options for 1 or 2 photographers!
DO YOU DO VIDEO?
No! There are plenty of talented video crews that we usually work with and we'd be delighted to recommend them to you if you're still looking for this service.
